Hi all I'm regular. Haha. I'm amazed with myself.
Weather has been fantastic these few days. Cloudy and breezy. Too good.
I'm blogging while waiting for phone to charge before I really head off to the gym this time. Really. Haha. I read that you need to do something 21 times so that your brain programs it and it becomes a habit. I have been lazy for more den 21 days. Haha. So I have to exercise more den 21 times to make it habitual again. I used to be so good and disciplined. And it feels good. You don't neccesarily look better but you certainly feel better about yourself. Not everyone knows the amount of effort it takes to be healthy and look toned. You have to be super duper disciplined.
I remembered how I made myself get up to run every alternate morning. Made myself go to the gym every other day. Made myself eat small meals 6 times a day and eat only certain foods. But I did the food thing like not constantly coz it's stupid to eat out with people and you say "oh i can't eat that. i'm on watching what i eat". so i eat what other crap i eat in moderation. Made myself do like 200 crunches everyday twice a day. TWICE. I don't noe how I did it but boy was the tummy and ass looking good at that point in time. HAHA. Lots of different muscles popped out. But nobody sees it la coz its all under my clothes. haha. And lots of other things I'm sure I did to ensure I maintained the healthy being I was. It all became like a lifestyle after awhile. Not something you have to do, but something you want to.
Instead of thinking about it. I shall take action. HAHA.
After I go to the gym, I shall reward myself by taking a nap! Haha. Whoohoo. I have been napping almost every afternoon.
Random but I feel like swimming too. When I was a kid i went to the pool or beach like every week. Haha. My dad loves the beach,
